Pink Computers are very proud of our quality workmanship and we have always received very good feedback from customers relating to the build quality of our systems.

Our computers are all built by professional system engineers and are put through a series of stress tests to ensure that the quality of the product matches our requirements. Our customer services department are on call between the hours of 9:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday on 01403 73 29 29 if you have any problems or questions about your system that can be dealt with over the telephone.

However, in the unlikley event that you should get a problem with your Pink Computer within 6 months of purchase that we cannot sort out over the telephone we offer all of our customers a 6 month warranty.  This service is a return to base warranty and customers must obtain a returns number from us prior to shipping the unit back for repair.  Under no circumstances will we accept any system back without a returns number.  You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods. If you do have to cancell your order, your payment will be refunded, subject to conditions as stated below:

• Customers are liable for shipping charges when returning a faulty product.
• Insurance must be taken out on any product shipped back to us.  If you do not insure the product we will not accept liability for any damage done during transit.
• Customers must ensure that the product returned is well packaged and safe from general handling damage.
• Warranty starts from the date of order and not the date of delivery.
• The product is as new condition and has not been used in any way.
